Issue in the field of hyperlink data type

Scott

I have a search form built with Access 97 and now I upgraded to Access 2003.
On one field of the resulting form, I have a field of hyperlink data type
containing the path of the file, i.e., Disk P001\ABC doc 12-01.tif. I use
the same data entry procedure to insert a hyperlink and got
.../Disk%20P001/ABC%20doc%2012-01.tif.

Now I got the problem that all the hyperlink entered with Access 97 cannot
open the file and the error message was:-

Unable to open FilePath. Cannot open the specific file.

The file is there. Unless I re-enter the hyperlink, I can open it again.
Can someone advise me how to fix it as I have thousands of records entered
previously.

When I open the file in Access 2003, I also have two annoying warnings:-

1st warning

"Opening "FilePath"

Hyperlinks can be harmful to your computer and data. To protect your
computer, click only those hyperlinks from trusted sources. Do you want to
continue?"

After click Yes button, another warning appears.

"Opening FilePath

Some files can contain viruses or otherwise be harmful to your computer. It
is important to be certain that this file is from a trustworthy source.

Would you like to open this file?"

Until I click OK button, the file will be opened.

How can I disable such warning?

Thanks,

Scott
