Issue in timesheet’s event (Project Server 2007)..

We are facing issue in while executing the code on OnUpdating and
OnSubmiting() event of timesheet. It gives the following error message …

“While communicating with the Project Server an error occured. Check
connectivity with your administrator to determine if further action is
necessary.â€
