issue log notifications via email

Hi all
Please can someone tell me how to modify who gets an email when an
issue is logged on PWA

Lynne --

Each Project Web Access user can set up subscriptions to alerts and
reminders on the Home page of Project Web Access. One of these
subscriptions deals with Issues in projects which they have permission to
see (known as "my projects" in the subscription). Beyond this, if you are
using Project Server 2003, interested parties can also subscribe to Issues
alerts on specific projects on the Issues page of the specific project.
