Issue of PWA addon in Outlook

PWA for Outlook is addon, able to manage assignments of project server by
using outlook.
When user have new assignment, this addon get it from server and post it to
calendar. In properties window of calendar event must be tab "Project Web
Access"

My problem:
In propierties of task in calendar the "Project Web Access" tab is empty.
Only "Update Now", "Go to tasks", "Options..." and "Help" buttons are
visible. Reinstallations Outlook and WPA addon not solve this problem.

Reinstallation of OS is dificult because it's terminal server and using by
many people

Outlook 2003 SP1, Windows Server 2003, Project 2003 SP1

After i uninstall addon the "Project Web Access" tab is still visible in
propierties of calendar object. But it must not be there after uninstall. I
think if i will delete this tab, my problem will be solved
