Issue opening old OCT files in new version?

I created a Office setup MSP file using the Office Cutomization Tool original
release version from 2007. Didn't know there was a updated verwion a year
later in 2008 (my fault). Will I loose any settings from the OCT file
Icreated if I open it up in the OCT 2.0 version? Will it corupt the file I
already have?
