Issue openning any Office 2007 Pro Application

I upgraded a computer here for a user from Office 2003 w/ Outlook Business
Manager to Office 2007 Professional. When the user tries to open any of the
programs in the Office 2007 Suite, it takes forever for the program to load.
I have tried to uninstall Office 2007 and reinstall it, but it still has the
same issue. Any ideas?

Office 2007 is running on a:

Dell Optiplex GX280

Intel pentium 4 CPU 2.80GHz

2.79GHz, 1GBof RAM, 80GB HD

Windows XP w/SP3.
