Issue printing daily style calendar on custom paper

Good day everyone,

I have a user whose secretary cannot print a daily style view of his
calendar on a custom size paper (double Japan postcard rotated half). When
selecting 2 days and choosing the custom paper, some appointments are
missing. If she chooses a standard paper, it works fine. She has Editor
rights to the calendar, and we even gave her full control over the mailbox in
AD. She doesn't have this problem with 2 other users even though she only has
reviewer rights in outlook and was not granted any permissions via AD.
Has anyone seen this before?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Diane,
Thanks for responding.
Yes there is room for the missing appointment(s). The lines for the time
range appear but are blank.
