Issue Reading Custom Attributes in project server using PSI webser

I have custom attribute called "program name" which consists group of
projects. I am using PSI web service "ReadProject" method to access the
project. However I am not able to find out the custom attribute field in any
of the tables in the dataset which the "ReadProject" returns.

Please suggest some ways to get the custom attributes associated to a project.
