Issue Tracker blank screen

My Issue Tracker tool is opening with nothing but a blank screen after I
added a few additional fields to the Issue form. I published the sandbox, and
now NOTHING! Other team members seem to be able to view it fine, but all I
get is a blank screen without even the option to go back to the Design
Sandbox.

I tried the Groovecleaner tool and it didn't solve the problem. Does anyone
have a solution for this? I'm running Groove 2007 on XP Pro SP2.

I find Groove support on the microsoft support site to be extremely poor
(for an application in production). http://support.microsoft.com/ph/11630 -
is this it?

BTW, I should mention this happened right after the machine rebooted after a
MS update.

Hi Sly -

What version of Internet Explorer are you running? I recall something about
forms tools going blank with IE7 but I could be mistaken.

Try this:
Open IE7
Go to Tools/Internet options
Click Manage Add-ons
Enable "Groove DocumentShareView" and "Groove Text View"
