Hi all,
I am having an issue with a tabbed form in a contact database that I have
built. I have two tabs in my main data entry form. The first is where I can
enter my top level contact information (name, address, etc.) and I also have
combo boxes where I can choose items like "State", "Contact Type", etc. These
combo boxes have the choices located in the properties for those fields. My
second tab consists of two subforms where I can choose the kinds of materials
I sent to my contact "Brochure", "Direct Mail", etc. and in the same record I
have another column that I can type in a date. These subforms are based on
separate tables in my database. Everything works fine (or seems to work fine)
if I access the database from our server in the office. If I try to access
the database remotely via a Citrix application, sometimes the subforms look
like one big text box rather than a subform that I can choose from a drop
down. I contacted Citrix thinking it was an issue with it being a Citrix
application but haven't heard anything. I was wondering if anyone has
experienced this issue and, if so, if there is a way to fix it? This database
was created using Access 2002 but I am also using Access 2003 on Windows XP
machines depending on what machine I am on. Any insight would be greatly
appreciated.
Thanks!
