Issue with automatic acceptence as Tentative - Outlook 2003

Issue: Meeting invitations being automatically accepted
Situation: User 1 has PA that manages his invites. He does not accept or
decline but his PA does. Issue is, some of the invites are appearing in the
PA's inbox as Accepted Tentative. The sender sees that No response has been
received and no one has actually actioned this request. User 1 also has a
Blackberry.

I have sent a combinations of test but these have all been successful.
During the testing, a seperate invite was received and this became Accepted
Tentative. I do know that User 1 deletes the invites without accepted but the
PA manages calendars for other people who complete the same actions but this
problem is not experienced.

I have not tried recreating profiles or OST as yet.
