We are using custom form in our company for Correspondence mails.
We have made some modification in that form and publish it in OL2000
environment. Prior to these modifications if we set Word as an e-mail editor
then we can use the AutoText feature on that form but not after publishing. I
investigated and finally I found out that in
Format > Rich Text is selected. I then selected the plain text in design mod
and republish the form again.
Now we are moving to OL2003 SP2. During testing I noticed that if I select
the option: Use Word as email editor … then on Custom form (Correspondence
Mail) features of MS Word are not available but the same features (AutoText
etc) are available in simple mail form (standard email message).
Help in this regard would be highly appreciated.
Thanks
