Issue with event in calendar

Some isser are experiencing issue with event \ meeting in calendar

if we plan a meeting let say next friday they will have the event from
today until the real metting day ...... they all runing office
2003 .....

2 or more year old just starting to do this last week but only on
some people and not every time Strange
