We have a terminal server that folks use to connect to our network and read
email. The email client in Outlook XP/2002 and the operating system is
Windows Server 2003.
One of our users of the terminal server is reporting that when she types an
email and changes font colors, the font colors always appear black. However,
when the recipient of the email received the message, they see the correct
colors, though she sees black in the Sent folder.
I have tested this with my account and a test account and cannot reproduce
the problem. It seems like it is something specific to her profile but I
cannot figure out what that is.
Any help would be appreciated.
