Hello,
Yesterday, when I attempted to access my OneDrive desktop app, I noticed that the shared folders had suddenly become links to the web version of OneDrive instead of being available locally as they have been for the past three years. This change occurred without any action on my part.
I've tried to resolve the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the app and disconnecting it multiple times, but nothing has proven effective. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any helpful guides or solutions to address this problem.
