Issue with Provisioning PWA site

Upgrading from WSS 2.0 to 3.0 and Project Server 2003 to 2007. WSS upgrade
went well. Project Server Upgrade installation went well. Now the next step
is creating a Share Services website which has been created and now to create
the PWA site. The site creates without errors but when clicking on the link,
I receive the following Error: An unexpected error has occurred.


Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Here is more information in regards to the steps I've completed.
I am running into a problem completing the Project Server 2007 installation.
I am at the last step where I am provisioning the PWA site.
After inputting all specifics and starting the creation, the system goes
through "waiting for resources", then "creating databases", then Finishes
Successfully. But when I click on the link to go to the new site.....
I receive the following Error: An unexpected error has occurred
