HI everyone!
I stumbled onto this site after a two day brain buster. I am hoping to
forward any appointments I have from my outlook to my gmail. I found a
site that mentions using a rule.... I get through the first couple steps
and then I get stuck.... see below for the steps and my stucks :
1. Choose "Rules and Alerts..." from the Tools menu
2. Choose "New Rules" from the "E-mail Rules" tab.
3. Choose "Check messages when they arrive" under the "Start from a
blank rule" heading and click "Next >"
4. Select checkbox "uses the form name form"
5. click "form name" link in Step 2 box
6. In the Choose Forms dialog, select "Application Forms" in the
pulldown,
highlight "Appointment",
HERE IS WHERE I AM STUCK.... my forms (all of them) are empty!
Why?How? What can I do?
Here are the remaining steps I have yet to accomplish.
7. move "Appointment" to the "Selected Forms" column click the
Click the "Next >" button at the bottom of the "Rules Wizard" window.
finish fine tuning.
Any thoughts. . . . I am SO close to making this thing work!
Thank you incredibly severely and intensely much!
