Issue with trial and download

Hello, I signed up for the free 60 day trial but decided to purchase the
product. Yesterday I was prompted to purchase the product again and it is a
coincidence that it's exactly 60 days from the date I purchased it. I have an
order confirmation number and everything and my credit card was charged but
the system isn't recognizing that I purchased the product. Anyone else run
into this? Not sure what to do.
