Issue with Visio 2002, Office XP, and the help Index and Answer Wizard

I've struck a problem with an installation of the above
applications. Running under Win2K Pro, we're losing access
to the Help Index and Answer Wizard tabs in either Visio
2k2 or Office XP suite applications. I've run repair on
both, and it fixes the app in question but breaks the other.
A reboot after repairing Visio has restored the Index and
AW for Office, but they are missing from Visio - They were
present in Visio prior to the reboot, but missing from Office.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a KB article that
I've missed that deals with this issue? I've looked fairly
thoroughly on support.microsoft.com and through Google and
not found anything approximating this problem.
