issues between WinXP/Office 03 & Sybase OC 12.5

Does anyone know of any issues between WinXP/Office 03 and Sybase Open Client
12.5? A client was recently upgraded to WinXP/Office 03 SP1. Everyone else in
her area is still using Win2K/Office2K. The database is on a server. Anyone
using Win2K/Office 2K is able to work with the database. She gets the message
ODBC connection to IMDB3 failed. Her IT has uninstalled and reinstalled her
Sybase OC. They are able to ping the server and everyone on the older version
is able to work with the database with no errors?
