Issues Deleteing Resources

I deleted some resources using the web cleanup in PWA but they still show up
when I go to the resource list via the web. Has anyone encountered this
issue?

Also, why do deleted resources still show up when I go into the web project
cleanup? I see resources that do not show up on either the web or project
server enterprise resources.
