Issues - emails not responding - Outlook 2000 Windows 98

When opening an e-mail to read / print or create a brand new e-mail it
sometimes causes the e-mail and Outlook 2000 not responding. The email and
Outlook freezes however Windows and the other applications are able to be
used still.

After a reboot of the PC, this fixes the issues until next time.

The PC is running Outlook 2000 with Windows 98.
