On a Windows XP SP2 machine running Office 2003 SP2 I attempted to install
the junk email reporting tool on one of my users machines and after
installing (no errors) I opened up outlook. The icon for the tool isn't
showing up on the toolbar. I looked in disabled items in help/about and it
was disabled for some reason. I enabled it, but the icon still isn't showing
up.
Out of the 50 some successful installations of this tool this is the only
time I encountered this, and I'm not finding any posts that relate to this
particular problem.
I looked at the users options and she doesn't have anything out of the
ordinary setup.
