Issues List - Permission

Hello,

I have a problem with the issue list:

I need to have "issue's owner" AND "issue's assigned" to be the ONLY persons
able to edit an issue.
When I have Edit Acess (in advanced settings/item-level permissions) set on
"only their own", the assigned person cannot make any change.

Hi Alfatcop,

I am sorry to say, but you will only be able to accomplish this by custom
development. You cannot achieve this out of the box
