I've played around (ok I know I shouldn't have) with the List Setting in the
Issues area of PWA. Trouble is now I've lost the hyperlinks from the Issue
description that used to take you to the Edit page, so now I can't access my
issues to change status etc. I've got a workaround by adding the Edit column
to my list, but I'd rather have my hyperlinks back!

Any help greratly appreciated

Could it be that you replaced the title field in your view with the regular
"Title" field column instead of the "Title (linked to item)" or the "Title
(linked to item with edit menu)" field columns? Both of the latter fields
have hyperlinks that take you to the issue details which then allows you to
edit them.

Enabling these field columns would be in the same place as where you enabled
the Edit column.
