We have a large project here within our organization.
Issues are being assigned to both internal and external resources /
consultants.
The external consultants have DOMAIN user accounts and access EPM via a
remote extranet.
When an issue is assigned to a user they receive an email, but the issue IS
NOT DISPLAYED on the USER's HOME PAGE in EPM.
What could be causing this?
Is there anything that I should check (configuration)?
