Issues not showing up in Summary View

Hi,

We're using PSrvr 2003, Sp1 (Build: 11.1.2004.1707.15), and are having an
issue with "issues"... We have a project that has about 15 open issues. When
we click on the project via the main page the issues show up just fine.

When we do a "View Issue summary for all projects" the same project shows no
Active, Postponed or Closed issues.

Is this a known bug?

Hi Peter - try opening the plan issues page in Project Web Access. On the
toolbar on the left at the bottom of the page (Under Actions) there is an
option for 'Synchronize with Project Server'.

See if that does the trick?

Peter,

Did you customize/change the values in the status field? We found that when we changed those the issues and risks counts on the home page stopped working and I've got a feeling that the issue summary view would be affected similarly if you change those values.
