Issues not showing up under reminders or in Issues Cube

I customized an issue list in one project, then saved it as a template. I
then deleted the existing issue list and created a new one from the new saved
template. I also created a new site template with the new issues list in it.

Now no issues assigned to me are showing up under "My Work> Issues and
Risks" nor in the Issues Cube.

How can I fix this.

Restore the original issues list and start your customizations again using
care not to alter or remove required fields. We have guidance available on
this topic and you can check TechNet as well. On field that is very critical
to the integration is the Status field which you may not alter. You may,
however, have made other mis-steps, so a redo might be easiest.
