There could be several causes, but there is a common
problem you can check for first which has to do with
permissions and categories.
When you are logged into PWA and don't see the issues on
the Home page, go to the Issues tab. If you don't see any
issues here either, it may be a permission or category
problem. If you login as Administrator, you will not see
Issues because although you have the permissions you don't
have rights to see any projects. If this is the case, try
putting yourself in the Project Managers group with the My
Projects category applied.
