Issues/Risks under Project Workspace

I have a question regarding the 'Category' field under Issues/Risks in the
Project Workspace. Is there a way I can rename them other than 'Category(1)',
'Category(2) and 'Category(3)?

If yes, please let me know how can I name these categories differently?

Yes, you can change them. Open the risk or issues list, and select Settings
| List Settings. Click on the category column and change the category
descriptions. To save you doing this for each workspace in the future you
may want to create a new WSS template that contains your modified category
descriptions. How to do this is well documented.

Yes you can. To change it in a Project Workspace you own, do this:

1. Open the Project Workspace
2. In the upper right hand side of the page, click Site Actions
3.Under "Site Administration" click Site Libraries and Lists
4. Click "Customize Issues"
5. Click on the Field Name you want to edit (it will be Choice type)
6. Enter the new choices

Do Not delete any field that is marked "Required" as it may cause
problems in a number of areas.

The edits you make are local to your Workspace. If you want the new
categories to be available to all users, you will need to make your
Workspace as a new template.
