Issues submitting form to a folder in the SP library

I am working with IP 2003. I am having trouble getting the form to save in a
folder in the document library.
I have the form saved in the root folder of the library, but want the form
saved in a folder called "Requests". Users have access to the root folder,
but not the "Requests" folder which is where we want the form stored after
it's submitted. Is there a way to do this?

Hello,

You want to save and submit the form in different folders in SharePoint?
For this you have to buttons (Save and Submit) in a form. For each button
save the form to separate folder as you have to mention in secondary DOM.
While submitting the form you have to get the folder form secondary DOM
depends on the button you performed action.

In this way you can differentiate to submitting the form to one library and
save the form to another library.

I'm not wanting to save & submit to 2 different folders. The form template
resides in the form library's root, but when someone submits the form I want
it saved in a folder in the library and not in the root of the library. On
the submit button I have it being saved to the location of the folder, but
nothing shows up. Why would that be?
