Issues w/Email Attachments on Free Service email (Hotmail, Yahoo,

We have individuals who are attempting to attach Word documents onto their
Hotmail account and are unable to. Here’s an example … I open up my Hotmail
account and attempt to attach a 1 KB .txt file and I am able to attach and
send. For some reason if I try to attach a slightly larger file, for example
a 30 KB Word document, Hotmail sits and thinks and then comes back with a
“Internet page cannot be displayed†page … the internet security settings on
the machine are reset to default, and the only installed firewall is the
Windows Firewall which I disabled for testing purposes, and I still am
running into the same issue. Any ideas what can this be? It’s not Hotmail
(this actually happens on Hotmail, Yahoo, etc), because off our network this
works without a problem, and it’s occurring on more than 1 machine here.
