I have created an HTML email signature in outlook 2003 that is an image with
an embedded hyperlink. Everything seems to work fine when I go to tools,
options, signatures, new. etc. My signature shows up when going through that
process, but when I go to create a new message my signature isn't even there.
I even clicked on the drop down box in the actual message and my signature
doesn't even show up (but when I go back to the tools menu its in the
signatures options). I don't know where it goes from the time I create a new
one and select the signature for both new messages, replies and forwards...
hit apply and go to create a new message.
I have compose in HTML format selected and I also have the "when an HTML
message contains pictures located on the internet etc... selected.
I'm not sure exactly where the signature is going and why it shows up in the
options, but not when I create a new message.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
