I have a brand new pc that came with Microsoft XP Pro and Microsoft
Office Basic Edition (Word, Excel, and Outlook). The user used to have
Microsoft 2000 with Office 2002 (XP). When she tries to open any of her
previous Word documents from her My Documents folder (roaming profiles
with the home directory on a NAS server), Word opens, but doesn't open
the document. If she opens Word first, then tries to open any of her
documents, it works fine. If she creates a new document and saves it
(anywhere), she has the exact same issue with the new one.
