A number of users have been experiencing issues with the MS Outlook calendar. The meeting was arranged to identify the issues and to determine a path forward to resolve them

Known issue re meeting time difference for external meetings.
Meeting updates and changes – Some people update correctly but others can drop out of the meeting.·
For recurring meetings if a new person is added some recurrences of the meeting may drop off.·
All issues are intermittent.·
Future meetings – Can only view two months into the future. Can this period be extended

Can accept a meeting for manager but it doesn’t go into his calendar.·
Meeting reminders disappear when the phone or palm pilot updates Outlook.·
Not sure if accepted meetings drop out before or after the palm pilot updates.·
Issues appear to be more frequent since XP.

May not be able to accept a meeting update as the system advises there is no meeting in the calendar.·
Distribution List invitees may or may not receive meeting notifications. (Doesn’t have a problem with the meeting time difference.)·
20/2 Manager's meetings and recurring appointments were duplicated following a phone update

No issues with current manager's calendar. Did have issues with previous manager's calendar.·
Meeting room bookings – Finds there is one booking in the calendar but two bookings may have been accepted
