IsWindows98 LoadString Error

When I open my Word, a window labelled "TEST" pops up; it
says "IsWindows98 LoadString Error !". Some documents can
be opened & edited, but others can't; plus, some functions
are not working, such as print, page setup, etc.

Does anyone know what's wrong with it?
