I remember that in earlier professional versions, there used to be shapes for
specific makes/models of network equipment (Cisco routers, Netgear switches,
etc.). Where can I find that now?

A lot of those were included via an agreement between Visio and Altima
Technologies. Altima still sells them. You can also check John Marshall's
site (visio.mvps.org) and www.visiocafe.com for another source of free ones.
