It is possible to open WORD HELP within VBA?

I'd like to provide the user with links to how to insert columns or rows in a
table.

I can link to the online help but some people may not be connected to the
net and I would rather use the installed help file and then let them use the
online resources if they want.

Any help gratefully received,
