I run a two-day class for sixteen students. Here are some questions I have
for automating registration and reports:
1: Is there any way that I can get my application to warn me when a given
course is getting full? I'd prefer not to assign an applicant to a course
which already has sixteen students.
2: The course has a number of skills stations, thru which students rotate in
variously sized groups on the morning or afternoon of each day. Can these
groups be assigned by the db, and the rotations be set up without my having
to plug in names on each rotation schedule? Let's say I have four groups of
four students, and I want a report that lists their names under the time
interval for each skills station. How do I go about doing that? Is this a
time for tokens or something?
Much obliged for any advice or direction.
