Then something else may be causing the item to one-off. Check the size to
see if it's unusually large and the message class.

The approval never attached the calendar item to the message. I also
modified the code in the intem_customaction routine to see if the code was
ever executing, and it was never executed. I am using OL2000.

Where did you publish the form? Did you leave the "send form
definition with item" box unchecked?
having trouble with the reply. I can create a request and send it however
the reply does not seem to be executing the item_customaction event. The
code to dislpay the calendar is working in the request, so I don't think it
is a one-off form problem, however, I'm not 100% sure. Has anyone else seen
this before?
