Item_open not triggered

hello

I've VSTO addin for Outlook 2007.It has custom appointment form
containing vb6 ActiveX ctrl.
The addin is working properly on all client machines except the
one.When I try to open my custom appointment,the code runs upto
Inspectors_NewInspector event but after that Item_open doesn't get
triggered though the custom appointment item does get initialized.Form
is displayed(with the VB6 ctrl shown)but since Item_open is not
triggered nothing can be done.What might be the reason that the addin
is working properly except this machine?
