Items attached to an appointment multiply!

I like to attach an email message regarding an appointment
TO the appointment in the calendar, but often times when I
go back into that appointment, this document has
multiplied and the exact same item is now attached 10 or
even 15 times.

Do you know why this is happening?

The calendar is networked, and we use Outlook 2000
Internet Mail only.

This is new to me. Have you tried using the "Detect and
Repair" tool on the Outlook HELP menu?

Yes. This hasn't done any good.

Still have 10 of the same email attached instead of 1. I
will email you an example.
