Items in Task list in PWA not displaying correctly

I have a project plan grouped by release date. On this plan, there are 5
releases, all of these releases are at the same level with sub task under
each. I am having 2 different problems for one of the users in PWA on the
“View My Task†page.

1) All of the release sections do not show up at the same level as I have on
the project plan. Four of the 5 are at the same level, but one of them is
not. I double checked the project plan, and re published everything, and it
is still off.
2) When I sort the task list by ID, the list is not being sorted properly.
For example, the line numbers go from 923, 924, 928, 1016, 973, 974, 975…Just
one section is out of order and the rest is fine, and it is not the one that
is not showing at the same level.

Any ideas what’s going on?
