Items put into the Design box does not show up in the Preview Box

I've published several websites using FrontPage and wouldn't use anything
else, however my latest website is giving me fits.

When I put in several textboxs at least 1, and sometimes all of them, do not
appear in the Preview box. I'm using a prefab background, using the format
background screen, and entering my textboxes for linking to other pages. I
also have a scrolling marquee, which is working fine.

This is very frustrating and have never had this much trouble with any
website. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Don't use text boxes, especially for links. Text boxes are rendered as
images in Firefox, Opera and Safari, and pictures of links do not work as
links.
