Iterating in EXCEL

I have had trouble before with iterating spreadsheets but
this one is particularly exasperating. When I add in an
XIRR function, it returns #Value. However, if Ii go to
that cell and hit F2, then F9, I do see that the cell
really does have the expected result. Does anyone know
how to fix this?
