it's all sideways

My entire screen of MS is sideways - I'm not sure whow it
happened but all the programs are coming up like it and
the desk top is too?
Please help me to get it back to normal...

Hi,

Sounds like a video card setting to me. Go to the desktop
and 'right click' then choose 'properties'.

Then choose the 'settings' tab and click the advanced
button, in there your video card probably has
an 'alignment' option or a 'rotate' option.
