I've created business cards (Word 97 format); how can I print?

I used a Microsoft Office template (General Business Card) to design a
business card. Unlike some of the other templates, which say "works with
Avery...", this one gives no indication of how to print it. How can I print
my cards myself? Avery does make a microperforated business card paper I was
thinking to use...but I don't know if it will work with the design I used.

In the box of business cards from Avery, you will probably find
settings. If it is any use,. here are my margin settings that I
use with Avery perforated stock.

Top .5" Bottom 0.0"
left .75" Right 0.75"
Gutter 0." Gutter position Left

The page setting is portrait.
