Ive Deleted ProjectWorkspace Template and cant create Project Document Sites

Ive made a major mistake. When attempting to register my template for
custom risks and issues, i think unregistered the ProjectWorkspace
Template that was created at installation. This is the template that
creates the WSS sites for each new project so i can link doc's, risks
and issues.

Now i am stuck, with all new projects not having the ability to do this
part and can not find the original ProjectWorkspace template.

Is there any way i can re-setup this template???? Recreate or Copy in
from the web and register somehow???
