Can someone help me determine why i'm not getting my emails. I've set up my
account correctly, mutiple time, but can't seem to get my emails when I click
send/receive button. When I send an email to my outlock account, from my
..aol email account it's says my mailbox is full, but I don't see any of my
emails in my outlook account. It seems that I'm having trouble getting to my
company's email server. Is there a way to check the connection to my
company's server?

Your mailbox isn't in Outlook. Your mailbox is the container holding your
e-mail up on the server. So use the webmail interface to your account and
check how much of your disk quota you have consumed. You'll need to delete
the really old e-mails that you have been letting pile up in your mailbox.

If you configure your POP e-mail client to "leave messages on server" than
that is what it does. Since all your old messages are left on the server,
your mailbox's quota gets increasingly consumed. You will need to visit
your mailbox to delete the old garbage you've been letting linger in your
mailbox.

Once you have consumed the disk space allotted to your mailbox, no more
e-mails can be accepted. No where to put them.
