I've lost all my categories v 2000 and'd like to recover them in v2003

The IC changed our old outlook version for the new Outlook
2003 - they exported and imported all my data - calendar -
Emails - contacts but were unable to export and reimport
my 500 categories

how can I recover my categories
what's the file name ?
where is it located ?
